2024年5月31日（金）をもちましてプリペイドカード「GAICA」ならびに「GAICA（Flex機能付き）」のサービスを終了いたしました。長らくのご利用、誠にありがとうございました。

＜払い戻し時のご注意＞
・GAICA/GAICA（Flex機能付き）ともに払戻手数料はいただきません。
・払い戻しは順次行ってまいりますが、多くのお客さまから払い戻しのお申し込みが集中した場合、お振込み完了までに1〜2カ月程度要する場合がございます。
・振込口座は会員本人名義の国内金融機関口座に限ります。（会員が未成年者の場合に限り、親権者名義の口座への返金も可能です）
・カードご利用店からの売上データが払戻完了後に弊社に到着する場合がございます。これによりカード残高不足となった場合は別途清算をお願いいたします。

＜外貨建て残高をお持ちのお客さま＞
外貨建て残高を含めたすべてのGAICA残高を、円貨で返金いたします。
適用する為替レートは、当社の返金処理時点におけるSBI新生銀行の外国為替公示相場（個人向けスタンダードステージ）のTTB(売却レート)に基づきます。

As of Saturday, June 1, 2024, all services of GAICA and GAICA (Flex) have been terminated. Thank you very much for using our service over the years.

＜Important information about refunds＞
・ There will be no refund fee for both GAICA and GAICA Flex this time.
・ The refund will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and may take up to a month or two to be transferred in the event of a concentration of refund requests from many customers.
・The transfer account must be a Japanese financial institution account in the member's name. (The refund may be made to an account in the name of a person with parental authority only if the member is a minor.)
・Please note that we may receive sales data from the stores where the card is used after the refund is completed. If this results in an insufficient card balance, please make a separate payment.

＜For members who have balances in foreign currencies＞
If you have balances in foreign currencies, we'll refund all of your GAICA balances including foreign currency balances, in Japanese YEN.
The exchange rates to be applied are based on the TTBs (Telegraphic Transfer Buying Rates) of the official foreign exchange market rate of SBI Shinsei Bank (for Standard Stage for personal account) at the time of our refund processing.
